  • Abstract
    Service motor control system has become a usual advanced control unit automatically in current industry sophisticated equipment by high precision, fast reaction, less noise, steady work and easy for maintenance. With the development automotive industry in China, there is high request for detect devices in automotive components detection. The traditional detect devices by hydraulic means cannot afford industry development because of shortcomings and limitations. Therefore, a new pressure production device with high performance and quality came into being to replace traditional equipment by high precision. This paper shows the development and exploitation of a new kind of equipment by high precision which takes the service motor as main user components by digital vague PID control device.
