Abstract :
With the rapid development of technology in 21st century, the trend of financial globalization is growing; the relationship between different parts is more and more frequent in result of the exchanges among financial, technical and cultural. This article introduces the differences of management practices in China, the United States and Japan mainly to provide some help and learn for Chinese enterprises practices. At the same time, this article analyzes the root of different nations rationally from cultural perspective. in order to benefit China´s enterprises.
