Abstract :
A simplified method has been established to study the dynamic characterization of the two CPW discontinuities (open-end and short-end stub). Analytical formulas that are easy to use in CAD are proposed to calculate the inductors and capacitors of these models. The results are compared with measurements performed in the frequency range 1-30 GHz
