Abstract :
E-commerce not only affects peoplepsilas life style but also changes the traditional operating mode for an enterprise. In this paper we first introduce that the traditional strategy theory based on Michael E. Porterpsilas competitive strategy model faces severe challenges under the circumstances of e-commerce. And then insightful discussions are focused on how an enterprise obtains competitive advantages in e-commerce mode. Finally, essential suggestions are given to Chinapsilas enterprises for developing e-commerce.
