In view of the discontinuity of the data of service sectors due to the diameter change, firstly, the paper measures the total factor productivity growth of service sectors based on input-output tables. Then, using the panel data model, we test the relationship between offshore service outsourcing and the total factor productivity growth of services sectors. The result shows that, currently, offshore outsourcing has a negative impact on productivity growth of China´s service sectors, and the indifference between sectors is insignificant.
