Abstract :
Ambipolar organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) based on a partially fluorinated copper phthalocyanine (F4CuPc) were fabricated and characterized. We have demonstrated that the ambipolar charge transport is primarily dependent on the gate dielectric/ organic semiconductor interface.
