Abstract :
As a a core issue in the research fields of economics and management, corporate social responsibility (CSR) have drawn the attentions form governments and enterprises both in theory and practice. In this paper, the basic concept and evolution process of CSR are introduced, and then the analysis of CSR are conducted based on the thought and tools of game theory. In conclusion, some suggestions and standpoints about fulfilling social responsibility are put forward.
