In order to fully evaluate and understand the environmental pollution situation, and find out the distribution of regional environmental pollution and the gap, we use the Theil coefficient to analyze the regional sulfur dioxide emissions in Henan Province, which will provide a theoretical decision-making for government to further deploy environmental pollution control measures and develop differentiated environmental pollution control targets.
