Analysis of the factors affecting the technical efficiency of listed logistics companies in China — Based on Tobit mode

Based on Tobit model, this paper takes listed companies as research samples to analyze the influence of such factors as asset structure, ownership structure and policies on technical efficiency of logistics enterprises. The research findings show that in China while both of the enterprises´ ownership and the granted policies have significantly positive correlation with the technical efficiency, the proportion of current assets and management fees have significantly negative correlation with it. Although the labor costs, to some degrees, are positively correlated to it, the correlation is not statistically significant.
