Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
It is an eternal subject to improve the teaching quality in colleges and universities. In the practice of teaching and teaching reform, we find that it is a systematic project to improve teaching quality, and we should not simply rely on a single element or a single link. We should take the concept of modern teaching quality management as guidance, acquire an overall and integrated quality outlook, carry out all-round and full-process quality management, set up more scientific quality management mechanism so as to raise the teaching standard and improve the quality of talented people.
