Project similarity model research based on knowledge set theory in fund project review

Project similarity analysis is an important link of fund project review, it can not only to declare project review rechecking, still help project applicants promptly have the research content relevant progress and avoid duplication. This paper mainly studies the project similarity model in fund project review. With the actual experience of fund project management, based on the author´s knowledge set theory, paper analyzes deeply knowledge set representation of project knowledge, improves the similarity calculation of project knowledge, builds the project similarity level model, and gives the actual example.
