The game analysis of regulation of the government in the Internet of Things

Abstract :
With the flourishing rise of the Internet of Things (abbreviation is IOT) in recent years, the important role of governments played in regulating the development of IOT´s innovation has been paid more and more attention. On the basis of the Game theory, this article explores the game analysis between the researchers of IOT and the regulation of the government, and the Nash equilibrium is concluded as (innovation, regulation). The results indicate that moderate regulation of government on the IOT´s innovation is of vital importance and necessity for China, which is beneficial to risk aversion and innovation incentives for the future development of IOT.
