An hua agricultural insurance company is policy-related business for the government agency of the nationwide agricultural insurance company. But, agricultural policy insurance business operation mechanism of an hua agricultural insurance company has drawbacks. Only separation commercial insurance and agriculture policy insurance business, make legal provisions on organization form of agricultural policy insurance, business scope, operation mechanism, can make the agricultural policy insurance business really become primary tools as government arranging financial transfer payment.
