Abstract :
Discusses EM scattering from a two dimensional perfect conductor. The primary purpose of this paper is to determine a convenient preconditioner for electric-field integral equations that will limit the value of the spectral condition number as the patch density increases, thereby reducing the iterative solution time to that given in Woodworth and Yaghjian (1994) for the magnetic field integral equation.
