This County government is the management of affairs of a county-level administrative regions governmental organizations in general, living in a connecting county government, links to key urban and rural level and middle parts of macro management and micro-management, direct management and indirect management, urban management and a combination of rural management, the entire economic and social development of the basic administrative area. Therefore, the county government´s most arduous tasks of reform, the most prominent problem, to strengthen county government performance management is important. In this paper, the status of county government performance management, analysis of current scientific concept of development in the context of performance management indicators for the county government requirements, the final design of this induction and performance management indicator system of county government, including economic, social, demographic four dimensions and the environment, and were to be elaborated.
