            Abstract :
In the course of evaluation of coal industry security, determination of the index weight is the key problem to decide whether the evaluation result is scientific. Triangle-adjustable fuzzy number is adopted in this paper, which enhances the objectivity of evaluation. The multi-experts decision is made convergence twice by means of the clustering analysis theory. The first convergence eliminates abnormal value, which reduces the electivity and subjectivity of the experts´ suggestions as much as possible. The second convergence adopts the similarity coefficient as weight to make comprehensive weight of the selected experts´ suggestions, which will consequently obtain the more reasonable comprehensive weight, and that effectively avoid AHP´s problem of consistency checking.
