  • Abstract
Powder particles of CdO have been produced by employing a simple solid-vapor deposition mechanism. Different fascinating micro- and nano-scaled objects of CdO have been resulted under different process conditions. The present work envisages a detailed microscopy and spectroscopy of these objects to understand the nucleation and growth mechanism which induced such morphologies and microstructures of CdO.
