Abstract :
The evaluation of the enterprise information technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) capacity can help companies judge the effect of IT operation and maintenance and whether the IT investments get the anticipated targets. On the basis of the analysis into the content and the evaluation process of enterprise IT operation and maintenance capacity, the paper discusses how the four elements which are people, processes, technology and resources impact on the enterprise IT operation and maintenance capacity, and finally puts forward a set of index system of the enterprise IT operation and maintenance capacity, as well as using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine index weights, and using an integrated fuzzy evaluation method to compute the results. The evaluation index system and method provides a tool for the enterprise to investigate IT investment efficiency and makes an important guiding significance to promote the information construction of enterprise.
