Abstract
A new approach to description of the global behavior of a fuzzy system with information on short term evolution is proposed and investigated. The approach is based on the fuzzy master equation. For continuous evolution the differential equations describing the flows of the fuzzy state is obtained. Two cases of “weak and strong fuzziness” are considered
