Abstract :
This paper applies fuzzy clustering into clustering processing emergency rescue route according to pertinent indexes. With MATLAB software as platform to perform simulation experiment, paper finally gets dynamic clustering figure by setting up different confidence level λ. This paper aims at simplifying route choice decision to establish foundation to search shortest path.
