Abstract
In blended learning model, defects of classroom teaching can be made up by internet learning system and vice versa, so that teaching resources could be used with more effectiveness. In the paper, the meaning and functions of blended learning are discussed, then, blended learning based on THOEL learning system is designed from four stages, that is, teaching preparation, teaching implementation, interactive teaching and teaching evaluation.
