Abstract :
In this work we consider the spline profile filter proposed as ISO/TS 16610-22 (from the year 2007) for smoothing surface profiles. We describe a realization of the basic matrix-equations and a very simple solution in ANSI C source code. To demonstrate the functionality of the spline filtering technique we applied it to different signals for testing. The results are compared with other commercial filter program.
