The implementation of knowledge management in the curriculum reform

Curriculum reform is full of uncertainties. The school management is supposed to provide support and security for the curriculum reform. On one hand, it is really a knowledge management, which can be used to innovate the school management structure, transform the function of school management, establish effective mechanisms of inspiring, and increase some relevant hardware and facilities. On the other hand, it must be integrated into some organizations for learning, which is usually full of organizational atmosphere and mechanism.
