Abstract :
Based on the structured and semi-structured interview, questionnaire and theoretical analysis, this paper builds the value orientation model of adult residents participating in community learning, and analysizes the main influencing factors of the adult residents´ performance in community learning. At last, the thesis gives some suggestions on validity in creating and sustaining community motivation of adult residents.
