  • Abstract
    This paper deals with the TH4443, micro- TWT delivering 200 W minimum between 6 and 18 GHz and 100 W minimum at 4.5 GHz, which will be qualified mid 2007. The main electrical and RF test results, as well as design and technology will be addressed.
