Abstract :
Large-scale production and individual demand in urban residential development could be well combined with by housing mass customization mode and the gap between housing supply and demand is bridged. Project payment schedule issue in housing mass customization is a complete information dynamic game which is related to two decision subjects of purchasers and developers who have mutual decision-making influence. In the paper, cash flow of purchasers and developers under the condition that interest keep continuous and discount rate is invariable, interest is calculated in subparagraph and the discount rate keep invariable, interest is calculated in subparagraph and the discount rate remain fluctuant is analyzed respectively. On the basis, utility functions of project payment schedule is defined and the balanced optimization game model is constructed. Finally, the subgame nash equilibrium is obtained.
