  • Abstract
We present results of wideband (20 MHz) radio channel measurements at 5.9 GHz for the car-to-car channel in rural, highway, and Urban environments. Based on the measurements, corresponding path loss models for these environments are given. Power delay profiles are characterized using a simple model of a dominant path plus an exponential decay cluster, and statistics for these parameters are given. For all environments, Doppler spread statistics have been derived.
