The effective deficiency and countermeasures of local university in regional innovation networks

The local university is important part of regional innovation networks and is main resource of regional innovation achievement. However, in China, many local universities make little effect in regional innovation networks and don not paly its due role. We use the theory in degree of maturity of networks relationship to analyze the effective deficiency and reasons of local university in regional innovation networks, then put forward countermeasures to improve the effect of local university in regional innovation networks.
