Abstract :
Scientific evaluation on reverse logistics system of city solid wastes is an important method for optimizing reverse logistics system operation of the city solid wastes, for finding the bottleneck to influence the efficiency of the reverse logistics system, for optimizing and improving the management process, and finally for improving the overall performance. From the perspective of circular economy and for the system overall optimal, this paper constructs the logistics flow of the reverse logistics system, and then designs a set of the reverse logistics system of the municipal solid wastes and comprehensive evaluation index of the system. Example is given with scientific evaluation method based on the weights combination method. An example of verifying its feasibility and validity is given, and a theoretical reference for the construction and evaluation reverse logistics system of the city solid wastes is also provided.
