Abstract :
Due to economic development gap between eastern and western regions, we want to solve the problem that financial resources allocation are not balanced, and the financial transfer payment is the primary problem. This paper makes empirical analysis based on China´s financial performance of the longitudinal transfer payments, points out that the performance of financial longitudinal transfer payments has been gradually improved, the gap of revenue and expenditure among different provinces is gradually reduced, and puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve longitudinal transfer payment.
