  • Abstract
    Based on the 80/20 rule in enterprise business management application, the paper points out application defects of the 80/20 rule. The managers not only need analyze problems of the enterprise in terms of the 80/20 rule, but also should form the habit of thinking in terms of the 80/20 rule to be good at dealing with enterprise business management affairs.
