Abstract :
In order to make characteristic impedances along each shift tube of klystron output cavity as even as possible the configuration of disk-shape transmission line between coaxial cavity and coaxial output waveguide is designed. The external quality factor of TM010 mode in coaxial cavity with shift tubes and phase angle of scattering coefficient are analyzed based on the one-port microwave equivalent circuit theory and simulated with ISFEL3D.
