Technology innovation and entrepreneurship center (TIEC) plan 2011/2012

Summary form only given. Technology innovation & entrepreneurship center mission is to enable Egypt become the leading regional hub and world-class destination for ICT-based Innovation & Entrepreneurship. To achieve the mission, TIEC defined a three layer strategy: Establishing the foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship, empowering businesses and recognizing innovation and entrepreneurship. In this talk, the center strategy will be presented. The four technologies targeted by TIEC, namely Mobile technology, embedded system, social network and cloud computing will be addressed. Finally TIEC plan to establish two competence centers: Social network & Cloud computing competence Center and Mobile Computing, VLSI & Embedded system competence center will be presented.
