Study to the strategic management of transportation enterprise based on ecological theory

Transportation enterprises plays an important role in the China´s national economy. And enterprise Strategy determines the direction of the enterprise. In today´s increasingly complex environment, with the challenges of economic integration and knowledge economy, transportation enterprises´ strategic management is particularly important. This article first illustrates the enterprise ecosystem theory and the characteristics of the transport companies management. On this basis, it proposed the strategic management model of transport enterprises, from the external environment, stakeholders, and entrepreneurs leadership to build the strategic management model. Then it analyze the model´s strategy.
