  • Abstract
    Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which is to integrate qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together in decision-making, has been widely used in many fields. The focus of the model is how to determine the weights of evaluation factors. In this paper the weights of factors is determined based on AHP. And the model is applied to evaluate the investment projects of emerging industry segments, which is scientific and practical.
