Abstract
PoSOA is an application system for the power information integration, providing based on SOA and one-stop information services to the power users. In this system, there are many services, such as EMS, TMR, WAMS, ERP, etc., that are similar in functional properties but vary in other properties. This makes services selection and replacement difficult. Driven by the requirements of PoSOA, this paper presents a QoS property description model of service-oriented application that helps to customize the description set of QoS properties for different applications and better supports the process of service selection and exception handling of service-oriented applications. The model has been applied in the electric power system. In this paper, combiding with the practical examples of information struction of electric power system, it discusses the design and application of the QoS model of service-oriented application.
