In this paper, the Participation Type Teaching in HRM Course System was studied. First of all, the features of HRM Course System and Participation Type Teaching was analyzed, and then the importance of the system was expounded. Then the three main application links of Participation Type Teaching were set out. At last, the problems and solutions were discussed.
