  • Abstract
    This paper uses structural equation model to study customer loyalty of third party logistics enterprises. The study finds: customer satisfaction of Third-party logistics companies has a direct impact on the customer attitude loyalty, and can not directly affect customer behavior; third-party logistics enterprise customer behavior loyalty is directly affected more by the conversion obstacles; in the conversion obstacles relationship between each other has a strong positive impact on customer behavior loyalty. But the attractiveness of alternative has a strong negative impact on customer behavior loyalty, switch cost is not obvious impact on customer behavior loyalty.
