Abstract :
Based on literatures, enterprises´ organizational learning structure includes six dimensions. That is, team orientation, system orientation, learning orientation, memory orientation, external orientation, as well as support orientation. In terms of the data acquired from the questionnaire, the article also undertakes exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. As the result reveals, the six - dimension structure of organizational learning has been positively testified, which is almost the same as the theoretical presumption.
