Abstract :
Human management is the most important factor in university administration. The leaders of college should apply the incentive mechanism to college management based on the characteristics and education law of their universities, and fully arouse tutors enthusiasm and creative spirit, improve the management efficiency. There´s no doubt that all of these are based on people-oriented management.
