  • Abstract
With the advent of information service economy, consumer behavior degeneration is very strong. The traditional perception service can only provide the corresponding service based on perception situation. When the new environment appeared, it is different from consumer expectations service. How to perceive service and the difference between perception service and expectations service can become the main problem of a system design. According to this situation, an adaptive framework of context aware based service system based on multi-source information fusion is presented. According to the situation of different consumer behavior, the system provide the corresponding perception service based information of consumer, and based on difference between perceived service and expected service, adjusted system business model and logical mechanism, make perception serving close to expect services, increase the adaptability of perceived service system situations and viability.
