  • Abstract
    The objective of this study is web-sites, and the purpose of which is to revalidate End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) instrument to measure user´s satisfaction with web-sites. This study is especially important given that the increased significance of the web-sites and its uniqueness in computing application field. A total of 38 persons participated in the survey via e-mail. Fit indices analysis was conducted to test the reliability, validity of the revised EUCS instrument. The analysis and results suggests that EUCS instrument is a valid and robust one to measure user´s satisfaction of web-sites. According to the situation of low user´s satisfaction level, the practitioners should raise up user´s satisfaction level from strategy and business procedure design aspects.
