Abstract :
In this paper, the design methodology and numerical result for mode converter that are suitable for high-power microwave application are reported. At present the hotspot of gyrotron study field that the inner quasi-optical mode converter with a special reflector is investigated in this paper. Quasi gauss mode HE11 can be realized with Vlasov launcher and quasi-optical reflector. Phase and direction of the incidence wave is adjusted by each piece of reflector cell.
