This article recommends the proposition of the innovation of the training mode of application-oriented undergraduates in independent colleges applying Method of deductive. The author thinks that most researches are from the aspect of mode elements frame structure instead of from mode elements connotation and logic link, which shall affect real innovation in the talent-fostering mode. Therefore, the article constructs the talent-fostering mode with the real innovation. Executing the innovation of application-based undergraduate cultivation system not only efforts in the mode element s frame structure, but also effort in the mode elements connotation and logic link Obtained by the study. Traditional educational ideology and traditional education method should be renewed, and Students´ personalities should be highlighted and “Opening-up” education should be pursued for innovative application-based undergraduate cultivation system.
