Abstract :
It is important to improve companies´ performance and sustainable development of listed companies that building perfect motivation mechanism of basic level employees. The design and implementation of motivation mechanism of basic level employees must obey scientific directing principles, use dynamic process models, choose multiple efficient motivation measures, construct rigorous restriction and measurement mechanism.
