Abstract :
Through analyzing the characteristics of the layout of the irregular objects, according to the basic ideas of genetic algorithms, in this paper the solution of irregular layout based on improved genetic algorithm is issued, in which the appropriate encoding method, genetic operators and the appropriate fitness function were discussed. The results of experiment show that the algorithm converges fast in solving premature, it can get a better layout plan in a short time.
