Abstract :
Road recognition and following are the key part of autonomous road vehicle navigation. The paper uses a robust feature space analysis method, mean shift, to cluster features using color information, and then recognizes the road using the reference region. Experimental results indicate that the method has strong robustness, autonomy and parallelism.
