Abstract :
More and more enterprises establish strategic partnership (union) with other enterprises to face the increasingly fierce competition. Supply chain management is derived from the cooperation between enterprises. In order to improve the reliability of the supply chain network, various potential risk factors should be fully taken into account when the network is constructed at the beginning, then to avoid. This paper analyzes various types of risk on the reliability of the supply chain, sets risk assessment indexes, and chooses the comprehensive evaluation method combining the AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS. Finally, an example is shown to explain how to select low risk and high reliability partners.
