Abstract :
In this paper, EOS, a novel fully three-dimensional (3D) finite-element (FE) electron gun and collector design tool, is illustrated. The simulator specifically targets problem classes including gridded-guns, sheet-beam guns, multi-beam guns and anisotropic multistage depressed collector (MDC).
