Abstract :
In recent years, cross-sector cooperation between nonprofit organizations and businesses has become increasingly active. However, because of the nature of the differences between two types of organization, cooperation and motivation of the inconsistencies and the complexity of collaborative networks, there are specific risk in cross-sector cooperation. The current study about cross-sector cooperation mainly included: the causes of risk, risk category, and preventive measures, few people use social network theory to analyze cooperation risk. So, this paper uses social network analysis to depict cooperation network structure, and makes a preliminary exploratory study on the relationship between cooperation risk and network structure, network relations, which will provide research foundation for sustainable development of cross-sector cooperation and cooperation risk control.
